Krypton LT 18 Rucksack Montane Cheap

Made from a 40 denier siliconised nylon ripstop fabric and weighing only 100g the Krypton LT 18 is an extremely lightweight bag that packs away into its own integrated zipped stuff pocket. Ideal for day excursions, quick missions or it will live almost unnoticed in a pocket ready for when extra carrying capacity is needed.

Our Verdict

Montane’s Krypton LT 18 Rucksack packs down to a tiny pouch which then becomes a zipped side pocket. On the other side is a stretch mesh pocket. The main compartment has a zippered access and there’s a further pocket inside for small stuff.

There is of course no hip belt and it might have been good to add some buckles so a strap could be added if the user wanted one. It’s raison d’etre is light and packable, it’s handy to have but not really suited to mountain day pack use.
